Medical restrictions: Due to the physical nature of diving and skin diving it has inherent dangers associated with the activities.
if you have any of the following medical conditions then we CAN NOT take you into the water!!
1) participation age 10-59 years old. (insurance reasons)
2) People who will fly after diving on the same day (this will cause the bends)
Skin diving is ok !!
3) Pregnant women
4) Those with heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure,ear nose or throat problems or respiratory problems.
5) those with asthma, pneumothorax, pulmonary turburculosis, epilepsy symptoms etc
6) those who are drunk or have a hangover or those still with alcohol in their system fro previous day.
7) people taking medication
8) Those who are deemed by the instructor to be unsafe on the day of participation.
If you are unsure if any of these apply to you please research it for yourself. Diving carries with it inherent dangers that should not be thought of lightly.
Our on site instructor is NOT a doctor and will follow the local laws and guidelines of safety as instructed to by local authorities.
If you make a booking without reading this page fully then your activity will be cancelled on the day.
Bookings may also be cancelled on the spot if the instructors guidelines are not followed or the instructor deems it necessary for the sake of safety of those involved.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel for your own reasons, please note that the following cancellation fees will be charged.
Cancellation 3 days before event: 50%
Cancellation 2 days before the event: 100%
Cancellation 1 day before the event: 100%
Cancellation on day of the event: 100%
Cancellation without notice (no show)100%
Regarding point changes:
Depending on the sea waves and wind conditions of the day, the entry point maybe changed or cancelled on the day.
Rain and other weather conditions will not effect the event.
If you cancel due to an entry point change a cancellation fee maybe charged.
Minors must have parental consent.
健康上の制限：ダイビングおよびスキンダイビングは、その身体的な性質上、アクティビティに伴う固有の危険を伴います。
以下の健康状態に該当する方は、ご参加いただけません。
1) 10歳から59歳までの方のご参加（保険上の理由）
2) ダイビング後に当日に飛行機に搭乗される方（潜水障害の原因となります）
スキンダイビングは大丈夫です！
3) 妊娠中の方
4) 心臓病、糖尿病、高血圧、耳鼻咽喉疾患、呼吸器疾患のある方
5) 喘息、気胸、肺乱流症、てんかん症状のある方
6) 酒に酔っている方、二日酔いの方、または前日のアルコール摂取が体内に残っている方
7) 薬を服用している方
8) インストラクターが参加当日に安全ではないと判断した方
これらの項目がご自身に当てはまるかどうかご不明な場合は、ご自身でご確認ください。ダイビングには、軽視すべきではない固有の危険が伴います。
当社のインストラクターは医師ではなく、現地の法律および地方自治体の指示に従い、安全に関するガイドラインを遵守します。
このページをよくお読みにならないままご予約いただいた場合、当日にアクティビティがキャンセルされます。
インストラクターのガイドラインに従わない場合、またはインストラクターが関係者の安全のために必要だと判断した場合、ご予約はその場でキャンセルされることがあります。

イベント2日前までのキャンセル：100%
イベント前日までのキャンセル：100%
イベント当日のキャンセル：100%
無断キャンセル（ノーショー）：100%
ポイント変更について
当日の波浪・風況により、エントリーポイントが変更または中止となる場合がございます。
雨天等の天候によるイベントへの影響はございません。
エントリーポイントの変更によるキャンセルの場合、キャンセル料が発生する場合がございます。
未成年の方は保護者の同意が必要です。
