John, Owner, Guide slightly podgy old man
A Yorkshire man now living in Okinawa.
I am near fluent in both English and Japanese, but have quite a strong accent in both so please forgive me that.
I started diving at age 18, taking my openwater license in Bali while on holiday, i fell in love with diving but life got in the way so I spent the next 27 years in Tokyo,Diving only as a hobby.
When the Corona pandemic hit I found the oppourtunity to finally follow my Dream of becoming a professional Diver.
I moved to Okinawa and under the tutorlage of many great people aound me I became an instructor under the Cmas lianage.
ヨークシャー出身で、現在沖縄に住んでいます。英語も日本語もほぼ流暢ですが、どちらもかなり強い訛りがあるのでご容赦ください。18歳でダイビングを始め、休暇中にバリ島でオープンウォーターライセンスを取得しました。ダイビングの虜になりましたが、生活の都合でダイビングが難しくなり、その後27年間は東京で過ごし、趣味としてダイビングをしていました。コロナ禍で、ついにプロのダイバーになるという夢を叶える機会に恵まれました。沖縄に移住し、周りの素晴らしい方々の指導の下、Cmas連盟のインストラクターになりました。

His name comes from the place he was hiding after the typhoon.
he is probably a ragdoll cat, but not sure
He found me after a typhoon, and has been with me ever since.
sometimes he will join me on tours.
お店のマスコット、スノコです。
台風の後、隠れていた場所にちなんで名付けられました。
ラグドール猫だと思いますが、よく分かりません。
台風の後、私を見つけて、それ以来ずっと一緒にいます。
時々、ツアーにも同行してくれます。
